Challenger A2003-0: SYNCHRONIZER CABLE PACK CL10
This set of (2) A2115-0 cables, for replacing both CL10V3 cables in lift. Cables measure 33'11". If your CL10 has a 2' extension (lift model # CL10-2), please see cable pack part # A2003-2; for a 3' extension (lift model # CL10-3), see cable pack # A2003-3.
If you are unsure whether your CL10 lift is base height or not, please measure from the floor to the very top of one of the lift columns. The height of the non-extended CL10 lift column should measure 11'2" or 11'8".

WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY
Challenger Lifts, Inc. lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. Challenger Lifts, Inc. shall repair or replace, at Challenger Lifts, Inc.option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to Challenger Lifts, Inc.specifications set forth in Challenger Lifts, Inc. installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a Challenger Lifts, Inc. authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of Challenger Lifts, Inc.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall Challenger Lifts, Inc. Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
Functional parts are considered the power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic & pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.
Structural parts are considered the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers.

RETURNS
- Contact Technical Support
- Based on the warranty period of the part, Customer Service may or may not approve the return.
- Provide Original Order # and Serial Number of the product.
- Upon approval, Customer Service will respond with an NTR#.
- All warranty parts that are to be returned, must be received within 45 days ofthe NTR issued date.
- Please mark the NTR# visibly on return shipping box.
- Once the NTR is received, credit will be applied to your account or parts willbe replaced based on the Quality Inspection.
- Customer will be responsible for freight charges to return the product unlessinstructed otherwise by Customer Service.
