Lift and Parts – Returned Goods Authorization/NTR

Products requested for Return Authorization for Credit:

Contact Customer Care

  • Send part or lift information and original order or PO # with reason for return to Customer Care

  • Upon approval, Customer Care will respond with a NTR#.

  • Please mark the NTR# visibly on return shipping box.

  • Once the NTR is received, credit will be applied to your account if products are

    received in unused salable condition. If not, a reconditioning fee may be

    deducted from your credit, TBD after Quality Inspection.

  • ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Customer will be responsible for freight charges to return the product.

  • Products are to be returned to 1421 Dolgner Place, Sanford Florida 32771

    Parts requested for Warranty Return Authorization:

    Contact Technical Support

  • Based on the warranty period of the part, Customer Service may or may not approve the return.

  • Provide Original Order # and Serial Number of the product.

  • Upon approval, Customer Service will respond with an NTR#.

  • All warranty parts that are to be returned, must be received within 45 days of

    the NTR issued date.

  • Please mark the NTR# visibly on return shipping box.

  • Once the NTR is received, credit will be applied to your account or parts will

    be replaced based on the Quality Inspection.

  • Customer will be responsible for freight charges to return the product unless

    instructed otherwise by Customer Service.

  • Products are to be returned to 1421 Dolgner Place, Sanford Florida 32771

    RETURNS

    No Challenger Lifts’ products may be returned without an NTR number from Challenger Lifts Service Department. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and are subject to a credit deduction to cover transportation costs, a 20% handling charge, and any necessary reconditioning cost. All products must be returned by our recommended national carriers. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and will become the responsibility of the returnee. Challenger reserves the right to change terms and conditions without notice.

Limited Warranty Exclusions

In keeping with automotive industry standards, select items are excluded from warranty coverage. These items include, but are not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear items such as sheaves and cables

  • Air cylinders, air valves, and pneumatic palm buttons that are subject to water corrosion

  • Replacement of hydraulic fluid, rubber pads, corner pads, and other wear guards

  • Tightening of hoses, hydraulic lines, and field installed fittings

    Factory-installed are only covered for 30 days

  • Adjusting cables or chains

  • Greasing of post

  • Lock adjustment

  • Resetting of circuit breaker

  • Inadequate wiring/voltage

  • Touch up painted surfaces

  • Faulty concrete

  • Improper anchoring

  • Problems resulting from failure to install the lift in accordance with

    Challenger’s Installation and Operating Manual

    • Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, repairs, modifications,

      or additions to the equipment

    • Damage arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident

    • Lifts installed outside and/or not protected from the weather

    • Damage or deterioration resulting from corrosion

    • Time spent “troubleshooting” without authorization

    • Waiting for the lift to be freed up to work on
